I am a board-certified nephrologist and internist, physician executive, and healthcare advocate dedicated to helping patients better understand, protect, and preserve their kidney health. For more than a decade, I have cared for patients facing a wide range of kidney-related conditions and have helped them understand treatment options to make informed decisions about their health.

My experience extends beyond traditional clinical practice. In addition to caring for patients, I have served in executive leadership, contributed to healthcare transformation initiatives, and helped lead national changes that have improved access to care for thousands of patients with kidney disease.
I most recently served as Chief Transformation Officer at Emory Healthcare and Professor of Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. My work has focused on enhancing healthcare delivery, improving patient experiences, advancing health equity, and helping organizations navigate meaningful change.
I have been recognized nationally for contributing to healthcare policy, clinical leadership, and patient advocacy.
Today, I bring that experience directly to patients through BOLD Direct Nephrology Care.
