Ongoing Direct Care Memberships
After the initial consultation, If you want long-term care and support, BOLD offers personalized care plans designed around your health needs and goals.
Membership plans provide ongoing access to expert kidney care, proactive monitoring, treatment planning, care coordination, and long-term wholistic support focused on preserving kidney function and overall health.
Expert Second Opinion

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Comprehensive Support Beyond Office Visits
I will prescribe medications, order laboratory testing, review imaging studies, and communicate directly with members of your healthcare team to support coordinated care.
BOLD Direct Nephrology Care does not bill insurance for patient visits. Insurance may cover laboratory testing, imaging, and prescription costs. Depending on your individual plan, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) may be used for eligible visit expenses.
Medical services are currently available to patients located in Georgia through virtual and in-person visits. Educational consultations are available to all individuals regardless of geographic location.
